Founder
Shivam Kumar is not just an education professional – he’s a student advocate, a career architect, and a purpose-driven entrepreneur.
With deep, hands-on experience in the education and recruitment sectors, Shivam has worked on both sides of the system – guiding students through academic uncertainty, and collaborating with recruiters to identify emerging talent. He began his journey as an Education Counselor, where he developed a rare sensitivity to the dreams and doubts of young learners. His passion led him into the role of an Admissions Counselor, helping hundreds of students gain clarity and direction in one of the most critical phases of their lives: choosing the right institution.
But Shivam didn’t stop there. His transition into recruitment roles opened his eyes to the reality of hiring in India – where access and exposure often matter more than capability. He saw countless deserving students lose out simply because they lacked the right connections or visibility.
